Nestled in the heart of the Cotswolds, Coln Mill is a newly restored 19th-century flour mill preparing to open its doors in 2026. The mill will produce a select range of artisan bread flours and offer visitors the rare chance to experience traditional milling first-hand. Powered by an undershot waterwheel and French burr stones, Coln Mill is dedicated to preserving the craft of heritage milling while supplying high-quality, locally sourced flour to the community.

In addition to the working mill, guests will be able to stay in the beautifully refurbished miller’s cottages next door — a peaceful, characterful retreat immersed in the landscape and history of the Coln Valley.
