The cottage enjoys its own private patio overlooking the landscaped mill garden and mill stream – an ideal spot for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. On the ground floor, a spacious and well-equipped kitchen leads through to a cosy sitting room, creating a welcoming space to cook, dine and unwind.

Upstairs, the generous bedroom features a super king-size bed, a vaulted ceiling and lovely views across the gardens. A spacious landing, complete with a writing desk and selection of books, provides a quiet corner to read or work. The bathroom is finished to a high standard and includes a walk-in shower and twin basins.

Please note: Due to the proximity of the stream, the cottage is only suitable for babies under six months old (not yet crawling). We are also unable to accommodate dogs at Egret.
